Shipping Policy

We currently ship within Canada and to the United States. Please contact me if you are interested in international shipping and I can see if it is a possible.

Sea Trash is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Sea Trash is also not responsible for any additional duty and import taxes/charges that may occur.

When ordering a handmade item, please allow an additional 2-10 business days production time. I try to make items as fast as possible but different factors could cause production time to be 10 business days at most.

At the moment all packages are sent through Canada Post and you will be given a few different options at checkout with differing timeframes and prices calculated by your location. For packages sent within Canada, please allow 2-5 business days for delivery, and please allow 2-3 weeks delivery time for international orders as there can be unforeseen delays.

Free Pick-up

If you live in or near Calgary, AB you may choose to pick up your order instead of having the order shipped. You will be emailed when your order is ready for pickup (please allow the usual 1-2 weeks production time for made-to-order items). Please respond to the email to let me know when you plan to pick up so I can make sure I am present. If you show up without pre-determining your arrival time with me, I cannot guarantee your package will be ready and waiting and you may have to return at another date/time.
